Hot water is via engine calorifier or 240v immersion heater. There are two separate heads compartments, one forward and the other in the separate aft cabin, both have electric flush marine toilets and showers with hot and cold water. 60g water capacity in 2 tanks. 12g holding tank. Beige fabric upholstery (new saloon upholstery 2022). Curtains and carpets.
ACCOMMODATION:
2 vee berths in the separate forward cabin, single saloon settee berth, large double berth in separate aft cabin, accessible from the wheelhouse. Storage and hanging space.

REMARKS
In present ownership since 2017 with much recent work carried out to bring her up to modern standards. Inventory includes bowthruster, plotters, radar and AIS. Plus she has heating and hot water making her a very comfortable and well equipped boat indeed!
