Built in 1980. White GRP superstructure with fin keel, fractional Bermudan sloop rig, aft cockpit with tiller steering, 6 berth internal layout in 2 cabins with standing headroom.

(Primary fuel filter moved to front engine bay for easy access). Folding Propeller.

New 2022 barely used Raymarine ET0531 plotter.

Furuno AIS receiver and Autohelm.

Icom VHF IC33MO with cockpit speaker, plus Handheld ICOM

2 12v Batteries in good condition, always fully charged in winter with fixed charger and 300w Inverter. XL shore power lead with 240v sockets in galley, chart table and saloon and saloon.

Nearly new bespoke and barely used cockpit awning by Dolphin (£2500).

All upholstery in good condition, fairly recent cockpit cushions too

"Irela III" is in only her second ownership since 2006, she has been lightly sailed in recent years and is the "cruising version" of this popular model.
