Built in 1980. White GRP superstructure with fin keel, fractional Bermudan sloop rig, aft cockpit with tiller steering, 6 berth internal layout in 2 cabins with standing headroom.

Slab reefing mainsail (new approx 5 years Dolphin). Stack pack mainsail cover. Genoa roller reefing system. Furling No 1 Genoa (new approx 5 years Dolphin). Jib (new approx 5 years Dolphin). Spinnaker, Alloy mast and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging (approx 15 years old).
Domestic
Sound system with speakers, Galley with gas cooker having 2 burners , oven and grill, coolbox, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, water supply to sink from 2 x 20 gallon water tanks. Separate heads compartment with marine toilet. Blue velour upholstery. Curtains.

(Primary fuel filter moved to front engine bay for easy access). Folding Propeller.
New 2022 barely used Raymarine ET0531 plotter.

Icom VHF IC33MO with cockpit speaker, plus Handheld ICOM
2 12v Batteries in good condition, always fully charged in winter with fixed charger and 300w Inverter. XL shore power lead with 240v sockets in galley, chart table and saloon and saloon.

Nearly new bespoke and barely used cockpit awning by Dolphin (£2500).
All upholstery in good condition, fairly recent cockpit cushions too
REMARKS
"Irela III" is in only her second ownership since 2006, she has been lightly sailed in recent years and is the "cruising version" of this popular model.
