REMARKS

"Jessica" was purchased by her present owner in 1998. He has enjoyed sailing the Essex and Suffolk coats and describes her as an exceptionally safe and secure boat with very good performance under motor, she sails predictably and her roomy cabin provides good accommodation for 4. Her last survey was in 2011 and she has a complete record of maintenance - you will not find a better one!
